We've been working hard to create a sock monkey nursery. Even though sock monkeys are super popular right now, it's been hard to find nursery items like quilts, curtains, crib skirts and changing pad covers that don't cost a fortune!
What happens when you put together a teacher and architect? Well, first, a pretty small budget, and second lots of creativity! I've been attempting to create my own sock monkey things with fabric, lots of DIY websites and help from my mom. It's been exciting to put it all together. Brad's enjoyed coming home at night to see what I've made and help me set it up in the room. Pictures of the finished product to come soon!
